(90 minutes) For all new patients establishing care. In this appointment we will cover a thorough health history, discuss treatment goals, along with Eastern and Western diagnostics. Expect a customized session of acupuncture, massage, cupping and other adjunctive therapies including hot stone meridian therapy, gua sha and moxibustion for detailed, hands-on care for optimal healing.
(90 minutes) For all new patients who wish to establish care via private insurance coverage for acupuncture. *Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to confirm your benefits and do not hesitate to email Meghan with any questions related to your coverage - she is an insurance sleuth!* In this appointment we will cover a thorough health history, discuss treatment goals, along with Eastern and Western diagnostics followed by hands-on care. (50-60 minutes) Follow-up acupuncture treatments for established patients with verified insurance benefits to support chief health concerns and treatment goals. Co-pay or co-insurance and any treatment add-ons are due at time of service. Hot stones, gua sha and moxibustion are included. Treatment add-ons: 25 minute massage and/or cupping session is available to address physical or emotional pain, support optimal healing, whole body health and enhanced treatment outcomes. ($35)
(50-60 minutes) Follow-up acupuncture treatment for returning patients. Best suited for conditions related to fertility/hormonal/reproductive health, digestion, allergies, headaches/migraines, fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression and nervous system regulation or general wellness. Expect continued support related to your chief health concerns and goals. Additional modalities including cupping, hot stone meridian therapy and gua sha are included to support soft tissue structures, immune function, emotional pain, stress relief and deep relaxation. Treatment add-on: 15-20 min. therapeutic medical massage and/or fire cupping to support additional health concerns, whole body health, optimal healing and enhanced treatment outcomes ($15).
(60-70 minutes) Follow-up treatment focused on pain relief, orthopedic/sports medicine and musculoskeletal injury. Also highly recommended for any autoimmune and/or neurological conditions accompanied by pain or impaired mobility. Treatment will include a combination of dry needling techniques, electro-acupuncture, Japanese acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, medical massage, active release technique, stretching and more to support myofascial release, soft tissue healing and overall physical and emotional relief.
(30 minutes) Rest. Restore. Reset. A specialized session crafted to fit your schedule and budget without compromising your overall wellness. Targeted acupuncture and/or massage, cupping, gua sha, hot stones and other modalities are included within 30 minutes of hands-on care to address pain, injury, fertility, immune function, nervous system regulation and more for healing in mind, body and spirit.
(90 minutes) An extended follow-up treatment. Complex conditions and multiple areas of concentration can be addressed within this session. Expect additional time for massage, acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, hot stone meridian therapy and all other modalities as appropriate to support your health. A 90 minute session offers an opportunity for more thorough hands-on work, along with more significant and longer-lasting benefits to the patient for deeper levels of healing.
(75 minutes) This treatment will cover a full health intake and skin analysis to address your concerns and goals. Acupuncture is included to support whole body physiology with specialized facial acupuncture techniques, and professional-grade light therapy. This treatment also includes facial massage, cupping, gua sha and massage for decolletage, hands and feet. Cosmetic acupuncture and massage are effective pro-aging skin tools and can address several skin conditions including acne, scarring, fine lines, wrinkles and overall complexion.
